Default Hondata regarding base maps and the knock sensor??

I plan on purchasing a Hondata Stage 3 very soon to work in conjunction with my LSVTEC 11.6:1 C/R, RC 310s, yadayada.. Question is can the knock sensor be disabled with the Hondata. I'm using a P61 92-93 GSR ECU.

Second question. Do base maps usually come with the Hondata system? I'm going to be running 310s and I don't want to be running rich during the break-in period for the motor. What do you suggest I do? Don't want to take it to the dyno and spin the motor all the way up to 8K since it hasn't even been broken in yet? TIA for your help and replies.

i believe the stage 4 only comes with the base maps, and id just get a p28 ecu and send it to hondata, casue it doesnt have a knock sensor and will work just fine for a ls vtec setup when its chipped.
