Repacing fuse box and wiring harness???? Dont know what to do?

Repacing fuse box and wiring harness???? Dont know what to do?
Rat ate away at fuse box wires and need to replace.. any help or suggestions?? i dont know where to start.. is it only one wire to ecu?? any help is greatly appreciated guys Thanks!
