I have run the Buddy Club Spec III+ In my B18 Engines. Good Mid range power & Torque. Not too Wild... We use the Buddy Club Spec IV Cams in our B20 and I would say they are identical to the SkunkII Stage III Cams.

no they are not. they have more duration and higher lift. Here is a fully compiled list of alot of the after market cams out there...

thats great and all but groupN regulations ONLY ALLOW OEM PARTS. All of spoons engine parts are FOR groupN compotition.
Every enternal engine part spoon sells is an OEM part, that has been balnced and blue printed, o and there head gasket gives a boost in compression.
FYI groupN is a FIA race group that spoon races in, so all there parts must meet those rules and the rules are OEM with balance and blue printing

Well that's great and all too, but have you ever looked at a Group N rule book? Me neither. Maybe they allow modification of the OEM camshafts.
Either way check out Spoon's website. They list the specs of B16A, B16B and B18CR camshaft profiles on their and then their own cams. The Primary, Secondary, Mid and Maximum Lift are all greater then any of the OEM camshafts.
The BC Spec 3+ are an equivalent to like a Spec B or Stage 2. The Spoon's will fall somewhere between stock and a Stage 1/Spec A cam as they are a very mild upgrade.

If you plan to just run OEM ITR valvetrain, get the BC3+. If you plan to build the head and up the compression, get some Blox B cams. The BC 3+ are great for low-mid range, but if you plan to stay in VTEC the whole time get some S2S2 or Blox B cams. There are a few threads in the all motor forum if you search.
