1. get a 99-00 us si pp valve ctr's came with abs the ctr type-rx came without but hard to get.
2. bushings? 99-00 civic si??
3. get 98 up RS master and booster/ 99-00 civic master and booster 15/16 on the master....the jdm itr 98 spec is a 1 but you have to get a ss line because the hard line fitting is on the other side.
4. 94-up integra and 92-up civic share the came camber kit/ use longer bolts and washers

hope that helps

1.) Are you talking about 99/00 Si's? I know I've confirmed with several Honda dealerships that the 99/00 Civic hatches share the same part # as the 99/00 Si's. Not sure on the 96-98 hatches though. On my friends 99/00 hatch, he didn't even bother changing his prop' valve. I would at the very least change the prop' valve, but like I said, Honda confirmed they shared the same part #'s. :::shrugs:::
2.) Energy Suspension? IDK.
3.) Not sure for the 6th gen' Civic hatches. On my friends 99/00 hatch, he didn't even bother changing it.
4.) You can use spacers for now.

Here's a pic I just took yesterday of my 5-lug on my 5th gen'...
