It's a VX cluster cause it only goes up to 8000 rpm. Also in the right circle. Underneath the temp gauges you can see that white square outlining which is the upshift light.
So... VX cluster.
So... VX cluster.

Hey where's the temp needle?
I also see that the guy before swapped over the little insert from the cx cluster. It's in between the right circle and middle circle. You can see where the upshift light should be for the cx cluster.
He didn't have to do that.

ahhh a VX... didn't even think of that. and my temp needle is broken off... but you can still get a general idea of where it's pointing.
another question.... so would that shift light still work (if it's hooked up) or would it be wrong/not work since i have a b18b in the car?

that shift light, the little green arrow, tells you when to shift for best gas economy, so mine usually comes on around like 2800-3000 so unless you wanna shift you LS at 3 grand it really wont do nuttin to hook it up

Dx= no tach . Vx, but I would personally get a Si or Ex.

What about when it overheats and you don't know it till the head blows. I would recommend getting that fixed. A used cluster is like $20 CDN or lower.

you can see (more or less) where the temp needle is... it's broken off, but not completely, so it's easy to estimate the temp. I'd def be able to tell if it's overheaing. so no big deal

Alright. I checked out your car and the progress thread. Looking good . I wish I had the money for some body work and new paint job. Ohwell, in time.

vx... you can get them cheap cause nobody wants the low 6k redline tach....
just put gauge faces on it and tada you got a higher redline, the tach has the same sweep just colored differently
