Default MSD modified cap

If i wanted to use the MSD modified dizzy cap on my d series what would be the best option for the spark source. I was thinking about the super blaster coil or the little red ss pack. What do i need?

I use the MSD Blaster Coil. you gotta cut 2 wires from the dizzy and wire it up to the SS coil. but the honda stock dizzy is well enough to support 200whp.

I gotcha, I saw a civic with a stock dizzy with the MSD cap and a wire that runs from the cap to a red pack. It looked like a blaster pack. Is that it.
