how to take shift linkage off of h22a1

hey i am changin my motor in a 94 prelude i was wondering how to take the shift linkage off i belive it is a cable please help thanks

yeah its 2 cables....get them off the trans and then just push the cables out of the way....

if you cant figure out how to get the cables off the trans, you dont need to be swapping a motor....

There's two cotter pins. Just take them out and the linkages pop off.

i need to remove my linkage from the car all together, how do i do that. i just dont know how you remove the cables where they go through the body.
