Shift Linkage and a cut cable
I know its my first post and all but if you guys could possibly give any insight it would be greatly appreciated.
I have a 93 civic ex that needs a new transmission. I purchased a used one and didnt think that the linkage being cut 6 inchs away from the tranny would be a problem.
I have no idea what to do and have searched all 18 pages of posts that pull up under shift linkage.
Basically i need to remove the old linkage to install the new linkage and I am unsure as to how. I have pulled the torque converter and see the lever but I'm at a loss as to what to do with it.
Thanks ahead of time.

Re: Shift Linkage and a cut cable (Skible)
if its a manual, then there should be a "bitch pin" ( rightfully dubed by all) under the rubber boot were the shift linkage conects to the transmision
