Default Fuel Injection Air (FIA) Control Solenoid Valve F22B1 OBD1 HELP! PICS

okay, so i swapped out my H22A and put in an F22B1. Before i had a F22B2 so the wiring was different for the F22B1. There is no Fuel Injection Air Control Solenoid Valve on the F22B2 so i don't know where to plug it in! Does anyone know the pin outs for POA ECU?

another question, my idle is really low (under 500rpm) when i start it cold, then it dies. what could be the problem. i set the wax screw (fast idle valve?) all the way in, is it supposed to be out?

any help is appreciated. thanks all. here's some pics of vacuum diagram and my engine bay

I can't help you with the pin outs, but...

Start adjusting the screw you mentioned to adjust your idle speed. It shouldn't be screwed in all the way... Just back it out some until the idle is normal again.
