alright heres my set up I got a 94 EG coupe with B18B with a Rev hard manifold and a tial 38 mm wastegate and a VIS carbon fiber hood but when I go to shut my hood the wastegates hits the hood and it needs about .5 of in to shut any body know any thing about this or have the same problem I also posted this in the forced induction section thanks
Cut that part of the skeleton off that is hitting it. Don't worry about it ******* up the hood. You should see my buddies VIS hood. He cut out out damn near the whole center skeleton and his still looks good (fitment wise), the top looks like *** cause the fucked it up with some crack fix.
if you cut the skeleton out of the hood the extreme heat coming off that turbo will bubble and cause some discoloration and ugliness to the hood.....
at least thats what ive seen..

From: hittin corners so hard you can taste my rims..
when my b series valve cover hit the hood of my CRX, i used about 3 or 4 washers underneath the mounts to the engine, to lower the engine in the chassis a hair. you could try this, but the only draw back is you loose that much ground clearance from the oil pan, to ground.
