Default rotors and brake pads

I tried searching, but I was unable to find anything that really answered my question. I just got my civic in Dec '04, so I am still learning about both cars and car mods. I've only recently become really interested in both. .

My brakes aren't too great(squeakkkk) and I really want to upgrade to some brembo blanks and some brembo pads ... The problem is that I'm an automatic and I want to do a complete conversion from auto->manual in about 6 months with a gsr tranny and other gsr stuff because the plan is to eventually get a B18C1 GSR motor in about 1 to 1.5 years.

If I do buy these rotors/pads for my current setup, will I have to buy new rotors/pads when I get my new setup?

Thanks in advance.

you might as well get gsr disc brakes all the way around. but any ways to answer your question no you wont have to change your old setup. but any one please correct me if im wrong. you will have to get new gsr axles though

no need to buy them and theres no need to do 4 wheel disc either even with just two wheel discs youll have enough stopping power for the amount of horsepower youll be running.

Just so you know, the GSR tranny WON'T work on your current engine.

Look into getting Integra front and rear disc brakes. Search that. Also, you'll need to learn the difference between B and D series motors/trannies. The parts are not interchangeable. BUT, that doesn't mean that you can't slap a boatload of B series parts on your civic.
