when i hit 3500 rpm esp in 3rd gear, the car feels like its struggling, like theres a dip in the power band .. what could this be from ?

im a little overdue on an oil change, i have maybe 3500 miles since my last one.. could this be the problem ?

sorry, I couldn't resist. When was the last time you checked/replaced your spark plugs, wires, dist cap and rotor, fuel filter? you might just need a little tune up

check that stuff as well as the air filter, and timing. Start w/ the easy stuff & go from there.

 

yea I forgot the air filter, which very likely could cause hesitation.

what can is say, it's 4:20
