what kind of oil do u use

What kind of oil should I use in my 135 thousand mile 90 integra?
synthetic or normal?
what weight?
what brand?

I just want it to run for a long.... time

with older cars i always use a bit thicker oil and non-synthetic. i usually go with mobile-1 10w-30(the one they make for high mileage motors).
