my constant wire is fugged... **Help**
Well, I pulled out my old CD player and it worked fine, Now when i hooked up my new one it doesnt have any memory, and my clock doesnt have any memory anymore either. I have tried many things and i cant get either to have memory, I even used a test light on the constant pin in the cd harness/ car harness and it wont light up, which lead me to believe my constant wire might be fried. Any ideas on how to get my memory back??? Help... Thanks in advance guys!

And I would wire the new HUs constant power to the batt. direct, run a 10ga fused wire from the batt. to behind the HU, just like you would an amp, and wire the yellow, [HU constant] to it, [most new HU have "high power" amps in them and are fused with 10A or bigger fuses] Do NOT replace the 7.5A fuse in the engine bay fusebox with a bigger one, that would be a no no
