need ur help

I have a clarion cd player and there are two yellow wires...both have fuses attach to them....i went on there website but they say that there both 12 volt constant...my question is which one do i hook up to my harness...one is bigger then the other...also would help if someone had a wire diagram of a clarion wire harness....i will try to post pix of the wire harness and u guys can tell me what im doing wrong thanks...
