Default Clock is working, but not working.....

OK, so I noticed my clock didn't appear as if it was working. So I pressed the button on the far right, and it showed 1:00. But when I let go, the time went away. Also, every time the car gets shut off, it resets to 1:00. What would cause this to happen? I didn't touch anything in the car!

So, what should I do? Do I have to run a new wire? Or check the connection?

see if the wire fell off. do trouble shooting.. i doubt the whole wire in your harness is dead cause if it was your stereo wouldnt save stations either

if you are standing in front the car its the bottom left one. 20 amp i believe. there should be a extra 20 and a 10 amp fuse there so you can just use the 20 one.

Thanks for posting this. My clock has done the exact same thing ever since my car was stolen. They took the radio and I had a feeling it was related...

Mine did the same... check the fuses under your hood... It was either the ecu fuse... or the back-up fuse (7.5A -- RED)... check both!

It's the backup fuse. Look on the lid and it will show you which one it is.
