b18b swap with b16 ecu no 3 & 4 injector!!!!

ok..i have a b18b swap into my Ek...everything was going smoothly until i started it and it bogs alot...i checked the plugs and there fine...checked the injectors..and bingo...no #3 or 4 injectors are working...so...i know the injectors are in working condition...but...i had some obd1 injectors layin around so i wired them in..no avail...then i moved the injectors that i know work into the #3 and 4 slots...still don't work..i am running a obd2a-to obd1 harness..with a b16 ECu i have laying around the garage cause i didn't get one with my swap...wanted to much for the "ls" ecu...so i'm runnin my b16a3 ECU...could that ecu be ****** with it????..
also the harness that i got for this had RC injector clips on it..but i just took a DX harness lined up all the colors and wired them back together...i checked my wiring and there can't be a problem..
only other thing i can think of is...
there are a differnt colored wires for each cylinder..maybe i have the wrong injectors on the cylinders...like #3 injector on the #1 cylinder...i think i have it right...but you never know...or it doesn't even matter...
anyone have the correct colors of the injector wires for each cylinder....

The colors on your injectors should be like this
Injector1:
yel/blk
Brn
Injector 2
yel/blk
red
injector3
yel/blk
blu
injector 4:
yel/blk
yel
Get it, make sure yel/blk is always the same side The solid colors go straight to the ecu. Check the wiring with a volt meter, and just recheck it again.

im still looking through my helms but i think that should be it. Another weird sceniro that i see could be that the main relay is about to quit, so you could try swaping it out with a friend.

uh...another weird senario might be this as well....i was told the harness im runnin is for a 99 cx.....but it plugged into my 97 GSR ecu and my obd2a -obd1 conv harness...so i just came to the conclusion that it was a obd2a harness...
worked better in my favor condsidering i'm running a obd2a car...anwyays i checked for voltage and it was higher in the ones working then the ones not working??? could that afffect anything? if that is the case i have obd1 injectos could i wire them in?? and use them..or just 2 of them..or....do i really have a CX harness from a 99 and they too plug into 98's just don't work....i heard they were 1.2.3 instead of plugging 1.2.4..which mine does plug 1.2.4

so i took off my fuel rail and put a new main relay in it...and plugged the injectors into the rail and turned it over...all 4 are working??
..so....
wtf....seems like it stops workin when i put the rail back on....i dono i'm gonna fill up my tranny with fluid and go for a drive...just runs like **** and makes no sense...
