man i hope you guys can help. i put a jdm d15b with a po8 ecu and a obd1 con. harness in my girlfriends 88 civic about 2 months ago. i have searched everywhere and tried all the things i have found out and been told. first off she has an automatic tranny in her car and thats what we want, we have other cars with 5 speeds and the whole auto thing is throwing me for a loop. first off how do i get the code 19 to go away i hooked up the lockup solenoid and overdrive works but still got a code. second and most important this motor is running incredibly rich on cyl. 2 and 4. i did a complete tune up installed 2 different o2 sensors. we did a backyard obd1 conversion on my 90 hatch ( cut the 2 harnesses and spliced them back together) and it works fine. when i change ouit the plugs runs like a champ for about an hour them back to skipping and lagging. one last thing will the throttle shift cable off of a 92 - 95 eg4 work on my lil car this cable is giving me fits too. sorry for the long post but i am desperate for help got to drive this car to ohio in may and thats a 16 hour ride for me. thanks in advance CHRIS.
