Default Code 6 - D15B2 in 92 Civic DX

Stock motor died so I put in a D15B2 from a 90 Civic and swapped intake manifolds to convert it to OBD1. Everything is plugged in. When I turn the key, the temperature needle immediately shoots to the highest point and I'm throwing Code 6. The car runs but it smells and feels rich. It probably doesn't help I'm running a PR4 ecu but it is all I have at the moment. Anybody know what could cause this code?
