interesting fuel issues

Hey guys,
im running a d16y8 turboed at 7 psi, with dsm 450's. I just recently installed a walbro 255 lph fuel pump, and according to my fuel pressure gauge, my pressure jumped up to about 60 psi. So i figured no problem, i'll just adjust my fpr. Well i have the thing cranked all the way out, and my fuel pressure would only go as low as 50 psi at idle. is this bad???? I'm running a b&m fpr.... I used to run 42 psi of fuel pressure. I suppose its probably ok, i can just compensate for it in uberdata. Just scratching my head as to why thats happened.
also one more thing i noticed, when i used to rev it in neutral, the fuel pressure would jump up 3 or 4 psi, now i rev it and it doesnt go anywhere. Not sure if thats bad, good or what.
Can some experience boost guys help me out here???

oh yes, and one more weird thing, when i disconnect the vacuum line from the fpr it doesnt do anything.... another weird thing. makes me think something is wrong.

i have something similar... i removed my inline fuel pump and now runing with the stock fp. After that my mixture went to lean without any change in the fuel maps.
i have no fuel pressure gauge but the only possibility in my eyes is that the fuel pressure must be lower...
question to the pro's? is this possible, i thought that the fpr regulates the pressure not the pump alone?
oh and by the way, i use a working stock fpr.

Be careful with the endyn FPR mod... your car might not want to start as easily. It prevents rail pressure from being maintained ever... People that do this mod usually end up replacing the FPR heh...
