Default DC5-R head on DC5-S

I have a complete DC5-R head with cams and intake , do you think its worth the while to swap it on to a DC5-S engine and what are the expected HP

Just swap the cams and intake manifold if you have it. The head casting itself is the same.

it is but you might as well use the valve springs that came with the ITR head because some people like myself have an early 02 and it still has dual valve springs.

the heads are the same, no different porting or anything like that. the difference is the cams, valve springs, and intake manifold. i have seen about 220whp tuned with k-pro from the type r cams and type r intake manifold
