hey i just finished my h22 swap into my 93 prelude si. it starts and idles fine but the second i give it gas it stalls out on me? dose anybody know whay this may be?

Which distributor are you using?

Did you set the timing with a timing gun?

 

im running the h23 dizzy, i figured its not the timing since it idles really smooth?

Double check all of your connections, look for dirt/grease inside of the connectors.

What ECU are you running? Have you checked all the grounds?

 

check your injectors and **** like that..when you give it gas it mite not be shootin enough fuel or something, but i could be wrong.

 

im running a p14 conversion ecu.... if the injectors were messed up i dont see why it would idle so smooth?

Have a friend with a p13 he could loan you?

 

do you think that could be the problam? the ecu has the conversion chip in it.... i wouldent think it would start if the ecu were the problam...ill let u know if im goign to try the ecu..

Yes, I'd definately try another ecu.

 

mine is doing the same thing. you think my p13 is bad? i bought it used
