I ordered the Drag Special from import parts with Missing link...will i have any check engine lights or run lean??? plz help!!....future mods will be 3inch pipping into apex n1 turbo, thicker head gasket, and 310 cc injectors.....managed by vafc for now is this ok?? help!!

no CEL the "missing link" is a nice check valve and lets the MAP sensor not see boost. no CEL. sounds like the setup looks nice too. good luck have fun boost rocks

 

The only check engine light that I can see you getting is from having no cat if you don't connect the exhaust onto the car. If you're running open down pipe, you'll have a check engine light for that. I don't think you'll run lean either unless you boost higher than 7 lbs or so.

 

yea thats pretty much it....get some guages...a/f, boost, egt oo and a fpr is a good mod...thats cool...if i htink of anything else i'll let ya kno

 

thanks a lot everybody..so no cel's whew...only plan to boost about 4-7 pounds max until i get the right a/f ratio going...oh yeah ordered the oil water turbo to..

 

I would say make sure you tune the car as son as the afc goes in, because that will be your best benefit of the whole ordeal with hondas and turbo.. Tuning be the key aiiight. Peace
