overheating problem

Default overheating problem

my civic is turbod and when i get on it it overheats real bad but headgasket is still good should i take my thermostat out

no dont take your thermostat out, its not good for the engine

if it overheats when you get on it, its most likley one of a couple things

1) legitimate cooling problem, blockage in the radiator, bad water pump, etc

2) air in the system, bleed it.
