Default Piaa Foglamps

I was given a set of foglamps by a friend and after 3 months of just sitting around on my bedroom floor i'm finally deciding to use it. But the problem is i recieved it with one broken bulb.

Here are some pics of it:

and PIAA's link:
http://www.piaa.com/Lamps/Lamp-pages/1400.html

So what my problem is that where the bulb/lamp unit connects to the harness, one of the prongs have been bent/ruined so it doesn't connect. And i need a new bulb/lamp unit and I can't seem to find any sold singly/pair for Piaa 1400 Kit. Anyone know where to obtain these?

edit: about to check out cartoys tomarrow
