Default New set up Idling at 3500RPM.. map sensor problem??

Well I finished the install of my new motor...
Basically I took the complete motor set up from a 95 civic SI and put it in my Type R.....

The only part I changed was ... I took off a spoon throttle body and put on a bigger 70MM BBK throttle body..
besides that there is nothing different,, used the AEM EMS from the civic with a jumper harness...

When i started the car everything was fine except that its idling at 2500RPM..

Then i unplued the vacum to the map sensor and now the car idles fine(900RPM)
If i put the vacum line back on the 3 bar map sensor it idles at 2500RPM again..

so I guess its either something electronic that has to do with the map sensor but i know the map sensor itself is ok since i tryed 2 different ones,,,
Could it be something with the EMS that reading a bigger Throttle body??
I dont think its a vacum leak since i didnt find any..

also the throttle bodys are slightly different,, the spoon one that was originally on is for an b16a2..and the BBK is for a b18b... so there the iddle air controle valve under the throttle body on the BBK but not on the spoon!!

would that matter??
PLEASE HELP!

Tyler

when you hook up the laptop to the aem you have to choose which map you have

check the idle screw on the throttle body, gasket and also check the vac hose going to the map it might have a small crack or something in it.

adjust the idle from the ems software and be done with it.

vacuum leak, or the BBK was letting air pass, when closed.
