Is this an ITR head?
Yes, because we can all tell by looking at the freaking ports.
No, look for the stampings on the front of the head, and the green blotch on the back, search in the FAQ and for IDing an ITR head, because this has been covered so many times.

The stampings don't mean ****. Green "blotch" can get erased over time.
I don't know what factory ported ports look like, or what people mean by thinner stems because I haven't seen a normal stem with the thinner stem side by side.
Intake springs have yellow on the top where it hits the retainers, and the exhaust looks to have bluish crap on the top. But all this could have been swapped into a B16a head.
I included a picture of the ports in case someone knew what stock porting vs aftermarket porting looks like... and if there is a difference. I did the research. I guess next time I'll make sure I include a thesis with my question covering all the background information, and include in-text citations so you know where I got it from.

Those look just like the ITR style port work except its a lot cleaner looking then the ones I have seen of "new" heads. I would say that at the very least, its a head with an ITR style bowl work, which is just as good.
on the best motoring videos i think that is the same porting on the type r head, but i do not know what sides they are on or how much is ported...
if you had a b16a head they would either be identical from that angle or it would be easy to tell they are not the same

Nope. That just means its a PR3, or B16, casting. Still need to check for the bowl work.

Yeah I just remembered how close they are to the B16A head, my bad.
Im sure this is the thread that would have been most useful but one of the pics has been removed, the pic with the example of the port:
