Default Is this a nice intercooler and piping for a d15b vtec

Im looking to buy a front mount intercooler and the piping and i found this on ebay. I have a std manifold with adapter plate and a 14b turbo on a jdm d15b vtec motor. Shitty set up or not? Tell me what you think.
