changing trannys is a considerable amount of work you would need:
*five speed tranny
*clutch kit
*pedal assembly(from matching year of car)
*clutch resivor and feed line
*slave cylinder
*front tranny bracket
*Rear L-Bracket
*upper tranny bracket
* five speed starter and shifter linkage w/ shiftter

The ECU will always have a check engine light because it will always be looking for the automatic transmission, and the cluster will always show the vehicle to be in park. it will reqiure some fabrication on the shift linkage mounting. SO a different ECU and cluster if you cared.
