you can't take your charge pipe off and weld it on? I'm not that good a welder and I didn't have any problems. I don't know that I'd use JB weld, but some folks apparently use it because my friend bought an HKS BOV off ebay with JB caked all over it

i cut a hole in the charge pipe, find a little piece of pipe the same inside diameter as the opening in the flange, make that about 1" long weld it to the flange on a table or whatever, then weld it to the pipe however you want it to sit.

probably an easier way:

get tube to fit flange, and a hole saw the outside diameter of the charge pipe, cut the small pipe with the big hole saw, cut the smal pipe to length. weld to flange, weld to charge pipe, get a hole saw the ID of the small pipe & cut charge pipe.

the pipes are going to get welded today(by me)...im just having thoughts on how hard it would be to ge the blowoff valve flange on. i'll try jb weld. lolz, if that doesnt work then i'll just have my teacher weld it on for me.

Take it to a muffler shop and have them weld it. It will come out cleaner and most importantly it will be sealed.

I took my pipe to a local exhaust shop. $5 later, I had a flange to attach the BOV to welded onto the pipe.

If it was me and you brought me the pipe that had JB weld all over it, I'd charge you about 3 times the money. It sucks like hell trying to get that **** off, and you can't weld over it. If you can have your teacher do it, do it...don't bother with JB weld.
