You could have as much psi as your tuner allows.

the stock internals can handle around 200whp, that is like 10psi with good tuning.

tuning is the key to success and reliability and speed

2000 Civic EX
D16Y8
Edelbrock turbo running 7psi
put turbo on with 70k miles on the car
have 103k miles on the car, zero problems

I keep it highly maintained.

It'll be up to 10 psi as soon as a new clutch goes in and I put a new ignitor in the dizzy.

Stock SOHC motors can do about 210-220 whp no problem.

LOL, how do you just put a number to it like that?

Depends on the turbo and many other factors

Your answer should be more around 180-200whp if you've got a good turbo setup.

So why would you say 160whp @ 8 psi?

Plus, Edelbrock is just one turbo kit manufacturer. Most guys running Greddy kits, for example, at 8 psi are making ~180-190whp tuned properly at 8-9 psi.

Those be the number my car put out. Once I get the ignitor fixed in my dizzy, it'll be going up to 10 psi.
