Where to find 10x1.25 nut?
I just installed new rear trailing arm bushings on my car. In the process I snapped the head off the bolt that runs through the LCA (ITR) and shock. In order to get the seized bolt out, I removed the tack welded nut from the LCA. What is left of the bolt is still froze in the nut, therefore it is useless.
I need to know where to find a nut that is 10x1.25, and is strong enough for suspension.
TIA

That is gong to be a bit hard. I was looking for new bolts and the 1.25 is a "special" thread size. The normal is 10x1.5. If you need to put the new nut on, why not jsut pick up some nice SS 10x1.5 bolts and nuts. Less hassle if you ever have to change stuff down the road
when your looking for the 10x1.25 make sure you get the fine thread one. i had the same prob when i snapped my bolt. i just saw 10x1.25 and when i tried to put the new one in it was the wrong thread pattern. just a fyi.
you can find them at most any hardware store, and most auto stores as well. i know we have them at autozone. i browsed the metric nuts and bolts section today and i know i saw some.
