Default Tuning with WB, What A/F to tune at

I've seen so many different A/F Graphs around and I don't get the exact A/F everyone is tuning at.

Some go around 11.5:1, some 12.0:1, 12.5:1....

My question is, if i'm boosting 7 psi, 10 psi and 13 psi. What A/F's should I tune at respectively?

try to tune for a goal of 12.5 under load.

then once you are stable in the low rpm then tune the vtec and high rpm

Umm.. Cruising you can run like 14:1..

Under boost - 12:1 is pretty much where you want to be..

Um, cruising you can be 15.0 - 16 if you want in the low load /light throttle areas...

Start your AFRs near 13 as you cross the threshold from vac to boost and gradually bring them down to a safe 12.0 or so around 10psi...go a little richer as you up the boost to 13psi for safety.

Remember, timing is important too

22"-10ish" of Vac can be like 14.7
10"-0" of Vac can be like 13.5
All of boost can be like 12-12.5 (12.5 at the leanest...so 12 is safer, but less power)

I usually tune under 12 when I am tuning on the street. But on the dyno where it is more controlled, I will go anywhere from 12.1 to 12.3. Where ever makes the most power really. Plus you can see direct changes on the power. Sometimes for power it likes it richer, it just all depends.

Thanks for the answers.

I'll be tuning my car at 12:1 then, I have it a 11.3 to 11.5 right now... Just doing 10psi... But have plans of doing 15psi.

I like high 11s... like 11.8:1. Gives you that magic feeling that you haven't even crossed over into the 12s yet so you feel safe
