Saw this while flipping through a gun rag, seems like a good concept for closed areas (garage, for example). For the cheap model, you could rig a trip wire to a door for instance. Burglar opens door, pops wire, garage fills with OC spray (pepper spray), thereby incapacitating the crook

 

haha would kinda suck if you got hit with a false alarm lol

 

How about red dye.

I guess it would be worth cleaning up after that to see a red, blinded thief in your garage

 

you could always leave a rabid pit bull in your car.

 

I'd like to fill that with something deadly. The only problem is what to do with the carcass.

Which is why you put it in the garage

 

good idea, but would only help if your car was in the garage. most thefts happen when the car is at a movie theatre, mall, or friends' place.
