Door trigger wire(s) ???
Hey guys need a little bit of help here. My friend and I installed my autopage C3-RS730 on my 2000 Civic Si. Everything is working fine except for the fact that the alarm does not activate when the passenger door is opened. It only works when the drivers door is opened. We tapped into the light green/red wire located on a plug with multiple wires on the drivers side kick panel. From what I read on 96+ civics there is more than one green/red wire for the door triggers. Is that true?? If there is more than one green/red trigger wire where is it located at?? Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
thanks

Re: Door trigger wire(s) ???
If you look up behind the back of the cabin fuse panel, you'll see a 3-wire bundle with a green/red wire emerging from the base of the driver's A-pillar. If you tap into this green/red wire the alarm will trigger from either side door. It's very close to the driver's kick panel so you'll only need an extra 2 feet of wire to reach this.
To see this wire bundle better (it's hard to see), pop out the driver's side AC duct cover by the window and look over the top and behind the air duct (the bundle will be close to the firewall).
