i was wondering what is the sense in this step of mpfi:
-Pins B10 and B12 are empty meaning there are no wires going into them as a general rule, however some models have a wire at B12 (if you have one that is one there that is one less wire you will need to move).
-Pins B2 and B11 have wires going into them but they are not used for anything (weird, but trust me on this one).
-Take the pin/wire from B2, depin it (this means pop it out of the plug) and pin it (pop it into plug) into B10's empty spot, how you have a wire at B10.
-Take the pin/wire from B11, depin it and clip it into the B12 spot, now you have a wire at B12.
is this step neccesary? what will happen if this step is skipped? is there anything connected to the other end of B2 and B11 wires? why do B10 and B12 need wires?

search for the ecu pinouts and their function. Some wires you are not using right now are the automatic shifter gear selector or som' like that and the other is for the tandem control (vaccum advance). Those are two right there, i dont remember the rest. If it doesn't start up, check your wiring, I had 1 wire messed up, i think it was a wht/red instead of red (dont remember really) and after fixing that car started
Don't get depressed easy and go over everything. Now it will be much easier because its done, youre just checking

its very good that your corcerned with wasting a step for nothing, but chances are the other end of those wires is something you wont be needing anymore.
think about it, how many people would flame the person who wrote that if it didnt work for anyone? you know?
this electrical supplement is sick tho if you really want to know what every wire in your car does, i own one of these its crazy detailed, more then the regular .pdf file everyone always uses:

WTF?!?!?!
B2 to B10? Someones smokin crack. That's NOT how you do it.
B2 is your Tandem Control Solenoid on a DX, Why would you want that sending information to your crank angle sensor???!?!?!? (b10)
And B11 to B12?!??!
Why would you want your "A/T Shift Position Console Switch" on B11 to now send a signal to the other crank angle sensor when the car is in "drive" if you have an automatic.
WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GET THIS INFORMATION?!
C1 to B10
C2 to B12
Run the 2 new dizzy wires to C1 and C2 from their respective position on the new Dizzy plug
http://effinmotorworks.com/Effin_MPFI_swap.htm - good guide
And lastly, have some professionals fix this mess. -> http://www.rywire.com

i think you misread. those instructions are for relocating pins within the plug, not making connections.
for the thread starter, if you are seriously asking this question, maybe it's best you leave this to someone with more experience.
