I would say denatured alcohol instead of rubbing alcohol.

I say this should be done. It will accelerate the evaporation process and at the same time remove some of the heatsoak from the intercooler. Plus in freezing conditions you dont want water in the wiper fluid bottle--common sense.

Ok. I just looked at a bottle of wiper fluid. It contains methyl alcohol. This is what makes it evaporate quickly--Im sure theres other ingredients such as cleaning agents......
