auto to manual swap
If I were you I would sell that automatic car and buy a manual car! Yes its worth it. Converting this is a FxxKing pain in da ***! If you have the EK chassis you need a 5sp engine harness, 5sp trans mount bracket, complete clutch assembly, pedals, master, hard lines, soft lines, clutch switches, slave cylinder, bolts, nuts, washers, brackets, hoses, rewire the reverse light switch, rewire the auto shift lever to stay in park position, and drill out the spot welds on the auto shift plate under the car so the 5sp shift linkage can be installed! Theres more I might be forgeting!
I thought this was auto motor to manual. Is there anything that needs to be done to an engine that came from an auto car to put it into a manual? Different flywheel? Is the clutch attached to the tranny or the motor?
What car are you doing this on? If it's an EG (92-95 Civic).. you will need a custom auto-to-manual tranny mount. Companies like PlaceRacing, HCP, etc. make them. Or you can cut the bracket from the frame rail and reweld it in the manual tranny location, but I'm not so sure how well that will hold up.

If you are doing an auto-to-manual swap, all you really need to do is swap the tranny, clutch, and flywheel along with 5spd flywheel bolts. Also, the clutch is attached to the engine; you will need one if you convert to manual because automatics don't have a clutch. They use a torque converter.
