Teins or konis
price is no matter...but should i go with teins ssp or koni yellows? i felt the konis yellows and they felt great....i wanted to know if tein would be a better choice....has any expericen teins before?...i haven't heard much about it...thanks
If you plan on pairing the koni's with some ground control coilover sleeves then I would go this route. Main 2 reasons are A: custom order spring rate on the ground control springs and B: the koni's are fully serviceable here in the U.S. If you have awarranty issure witht he tiens they have to be shipped to japan and wait to get them back. To much down time IMO.
well i felt the konis and they felt great...then some people are telllin me that the teins are the better choice....and people are either recommened me koni or teins...

tein and konis r both great companys and both make great products..if u asked me this a awhile back, i wud definitely reocmend the teins, but after reading around honda-tech and asking people about suspension, mostly my girlfrends uncle(he useto be a racer bak in da day but now has settled down with his wife and kids) and he knows his shyt and he said his favorite setup was with koni yellows and neuspeed race springs, and he went thru atleast 3 dif suspension within the past year, so he knows his shyt...but the tein SS is a great coilover too, havent heard any comments on it from anyone i kno though, but read a few reviews, seems good to me...but i think the konis with custom spring rates wud be a better choice if u wunna go for a slytely more dedicated race setup since it seems to be the suspension of choice by several here on HT and heard nuthin but good thngs bout it
well i had koni yellows and ground controls on my 92 accord, and i loved the ride of them. I got a set of teins for my 92 integra and the front end is way too bouncy. they use some ridiculously high spring rates for the front (504 lbs/in)and very soft for the rear (280lbs/in)

don't have experience on my car with konis, but I have the TEIN SS, and it is by far the best setup I have ever felt, especially on a heavy car like an accord. Fully adjustable ride height, rebound, damper, etc, and while it is stiff from side to side during cornering, the daily-driveable aspect is more than tolerable, even comfortable
on h&r sports for 94-95 accord with neuspeed koni yellows, lowest perch, set to soft all the way around. rides a little softer than stock, but great if you're just cruising, which is what this car is for.
FYI: i adjusted the stiffness to 1 and a half turns (4 turns is full i think) and it was already stiffer than i cared for.
