depending on the ecu you plan to run you might need an oil pump with the right crank sensor, but for sure you need the second oxygen sensor. some obd2 cars changed to an air temp sensor in the intake instead of the manifold. there are also adapter harnesses available for this conversion, or theres the hardcore way of cutting and splicing.
im going to be runnin a 95 b18b1 in a 96 integra...the engine is a obd1 and the car is a obd2.....the check engine light is on and it wont pass smog...that is the reason why i want to go from obd1 to obd2....

dude, spend 200 bucks or whatever and talk to ih8ricerz. buy an obd1 ecu from him and you'll be set. u DONT wanna invest in another whole new motor, then do this again later

if i sell this engine and buy a b20 (which is a obd2 engine) then ill be alright...dont get me wrong..i love an ls just as much as the next person but i just want to have to worry about it....
now, if i do that i have an important question??? will my ls tranny be able to handle the torque of the b20???

Sorry to threadjack but i need help with a similar problem. I have a 96 LS Shell and all i have in it is the 96 LS Wiring harness. I just bought a b18b1 engine for it and want to run Uberdata so OBD1 is a must. I am building a LS-T my question is....
which year ECU do i buy? 94-95 LS 5spd p75?
which wiring harness do i run? just get a jumper harness? or cheaper to buy a 94-95 wiring harness (engine is out of car)
which Dizzy and gauge cluster do i run?
I really dont know where to start in searching since there are so many variables.
thanx!!!! and bump
