Default What kind of flange comes on the Spoon N1?

Does it come with the flange that mounts to the stock b-pipe using a donut gasket? I thought it did but the pic on http://www.ipsracing.com looks like a flat type flange. I have some piping off an Apexi WS that I'd like to be able to use if it comes with the flat flange.

this is the pic you were referring to..

it is a flang with a donut gasket, secured by the regular spring bolt system used on the stock exhaust.

Mine, which is a few years old, came with a flange to bolt up to the stock exhaust. The piping on it was 2.5" but the flange was 2" or a little bigger to allow it to bolt to the stock b pipe. I had a 2.5" flange welded on when I got a larger B pipe. I'm gonna venture a guess and say that as long as the flange is on the same location on your WS as it is ion the stock B pipe it will bolt up, as I don't believe the WS is 2.5".

Yeah the WS is 2.38 I think. Whatever 60mm something. I can't do metric. Maybe I'll just ditch the WS piping and get a custom 2.5". I was going to buy an axleback and bolt it on. I have a Spoon muffler(just the muffler section that was cut off by an idiot at the muffler shop) that should be able to be flared out to fit 2.5" piping correct?

The piping is already 2.5", it just has a smaller flange to allow it to connect to the stock b pipe. Kteller has some good deals on piping kits with resonators. I would definitely recommend a 14" resonator or so.

Yeah, I'll probably just get the 2.5" with an 18" or 22" resonator.

Spoon N1 is NOT 2.5inch. its 60mm(2.38inch)

most after market exhausts are 2.38inch. buddy club, spoon, mugen, apexi, tanabe..ect

T1R and hytech and some are 2.5inch 63mm

with my funky header/cat setup i'd rather not buy an exhaust and hack it up i'll just get custom. I'd like to use the spoon muffler, i guess it could be welded onto 2.5" pipe, correct?
