Default Fidanaza Flywheel, Spoon Flywheel, & Exedy Flywheel Need Advice

Sup peeps,

i haven't posted on here for a while, but now i need some help deciding...

I'm looking for a new flywheel for my r tranny. I'm not sure which to get either... I have heard good things about lightening up a flywheel and also bad... My friend has a spoon fly and he likes it, there's no complaints about it either... I have heard that if a flywheel is too light it's really not streetable b/c of teh fast drops in revs and all...

Can any of you experts out there tell me all the disadvantages of going for a super light weight fly?

I'm looking at these three sppon, exedy, and fidanza.

Spoon and exedy is made out of chromoly steel (9lbs)

fidanza is made out of alumnium (7lbs)

I haven;t heard anything bad with fidanza at all but whta I'm afraid of is that it's made out of alumnium and i am afraid it's gonna go bad after x amount of time due to the heat... are there any members on this board that has this upgrade on their ride and would liek to leave some feedback? it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reading

What about the JUN flywheel? It's 9 lbs I think and costs $399. This is what I was going to get before I started spraying. I've got a lightened stock flywheel right now... 12 lbs... I love it, but it can't take jumps in HP from NOS, JRSC, etc...
