Default TPS sensor or Ecu problem

Hi, My car have a weird problem.
The oder day I was driving the car and i starts to act weird when I pressed tha gas , then the check engine light turned on. When I check the codes were codes 7, 14 and 22. TPS, IACV and oil press switch. I took the hazard fuse out and start the car again and everything was fine. The car did that 2 more times and when I reset the ecu the codes are gone. Today it did it again but just the TPS code came. I check the tps voltage and its fine, I checked the voltage manually opening the throttle and the voltage is constant and never drops, the I reset the ecu and its fine. Im not sure whats the problem, I thinks is the P28 ecu cause If it was the TPS the ligt would be on always. I need ur help to solve this problem, please let me know.

Thanks
