Default Need Help Bad

I have a 00 civic si I just pulled the engine to upgrade the clutch to a stage 3. I removed the whole engine with the wiring harness with no problems and reinstalled it with no problems. The problem is now the car wont start. When I crank the engine the MIL light flickers and all solenoids click and both stop when I unplug any sensors. I have tested the PGM relay, Ign Coil, and checked and rechecked all plugs, wires, and electrical connectors. Any Suggestions?

lol i agree. why the hell did you pull the motor to change a clutch? Sounds like a bad ground. Check your battery terminals.

Thank You. I know its easier just to remove the transmission. I have done many clutch and tranny swaps. The reason I took the engine out of this one is because I had to do it myself and although it is easy to remove and install it is quite difficult to remove the flywheel and pilot bearing while the engine is in the car.

Make sure all the wires are properly connected to the starter... and also re-check all grounds like everyone said.

I checked all grounds and connectors, the engine turns over but when the key is put in the on or start position the MIL light flickers, all injectors, relays, and IACV click. Fuel pump works fine. I even compared engine bays to another civic si and carefully went over every wire and connector. I am afraid the ECU might be shorted.
