VTEC lower, most inner crankshaft pulley??? is it the one that's after the damper? or if not which one is it?

 

the crank pullie is the one at the bottom it holds both belts

Which two belts? because i am looking for the one that holds the timing belt.

 

Both accessory belts that drive a/c, alt, p/s...

The gear that drives the timing belt - along with the belt itself - is located under the black plastic housing that's behind the crank pulley. The crank pulley, and other stuff, has to come off first to be able to get to the timing belt gear...
