Do i need to remove crank pulley if timing if a teeth off?
Do i need to remove crank pulley to adjust timing belt if timing if a teeth off? cause i know i have to take valve cover off and upper timing belt cover off. but if i dont have to take the crank pulley and lower timing belt off, that will save me some time.cause i am just adjusting the belt ,not to replace the old one.
please advise. thanks

It would be best to take the crank pulley off so you can use the refference marks on the oil pump to put it back in time for sure.

no
unless you are removing and replacing the belt all together
remove the covers
TDC the crank pulley
then TDC the gear (s)
and have it
