Send it back and get the proper head-gasket. There no way that this one will seal and you'll just blow right through it.

Its fine.

A lot of people here seem to talk out of there ***. Its one thing to suggest that it might not work, its another to say it won't work as a fact.

If it makes you feel any better, OEM 1.6-1.8 are 82mm.

yes agreed, people do talk out of their ***.....damn internet mechanics

Personally id return it and get the proper size, but you shouldn't have any problems if you do decide to run it

OK...I can show you pix of what will happen if you run that gasket. We made the same mistake on a b20/vtec two years ago and it ruined an ITR head. Please, Im speaking from experience.

RETURN IT AND GET THE CORRECT BORE!!! Enough said.

0,5mm larger is ok, but smaller hg than bore is bad... You will blow it straight away...
u r fine with 84,5mm HG on 84mm

I was in this doubt earlier, but Earl said no problem.... Still works...
But of cource, the right size is the best...

Normal

84.5 mm HG used on Boosted b20.

Take your pick of what you'd like to have.
