I have a stock d15b non vtec motor, i am wondering if it is safe to boost the motor without it blowing?

 

If it is the dpfi d15b2 out of the dx I would suggest converting to mpfi and then go ahead and boost it to like 5-7 psi. With good engine management, tuning, and mpfi you should be able to run it safely as long as the engine is healthy to begin with.
