Typr r cam duration and lift specs

What are the lift and duration of the type r intake and exhaust cams? thanks.

ITR

INTAKE lift - 11.5 mm, duration - 240 @ 1mm
EXHAUST lift - 10.5 mm, duration - 235 @ 1mm

Spoon Integra VTEC cam

INTAKE lift - 11.53 mm, duration - 256 @ 1mm
EXHAUST lift - 11.13 mm, duration - 245 @ 1mm

cool, just a little more duration...what did spoon say about CTR cams? since their almost identical just alittle more duration compared to the ITR cams.

Am I reading this thread wrong? The specs listed above for CTR cams are incorrect.

CTR
intake 11.5@243
exhaust 10.5@235

ITR (us/jdm 97-01 they're all the same)
intake 11.5@240
exhaust 10.5@235

Your only difference is in the duration of the intake cam, the difference being a minimal 3 degrees.

Yes, itr0045 is right. The intake cam from the CTR is 3 degrees longer than the ITR one, same lift and same exhaust cam on both.

Sure that makes sense, but do you have the specs on the 96 JDM cams? If I remember correctly these are the same cams that have been sold to the USDM between 1997 through 1999.
