Just curious about the life of my motor. I have a b18c motor w/ b16 head, putting out 330hp and 230tq at the wheels. Boosted at 11psi and driven reasonably.

 

what setup are you running??

Arp studs
Oem headgasket
Complete tubular manifold
Precision sc34 turbo
Precision 580s injectors
Tial Wastegate
Tial BOV
2.5 flared to 3 downpipe
3" crush bend exhuast to 3" magnaflow muffler
B&M fpr
Jackson racing fuel filter
Walboro 255lph fuel pump
Hallman boost controller
Hondata s200

 

anyone, just looking for a ball park figure from others experience. Need to know when to start saving for a rebuild.

 

suppose it would depend on how well it was built in the first place

Well, just for some useless info-- i blew 2 motors w/ pretty much the same set up as you at the track at the end of 4th gear (street tuned w/ vafc)...stay away from the longggg highway pulls and you'll be fine!!
